Main Responsibilities
Organization Development:
• Conduct training need analysis.
• Implementing HR policies & procedures.
• Conduct internal trainings.
• Develop SOPs for all departments.
• Review yearly manpower budgets and maps all new positions on organizational charts.
• Conduct job analysis program for all defined roles in the organization.
• Defines job families & competencies with weightage of each job family.
• Designing, reviewing and implementing salary classification.
Performance Management System:
• Facilitates and coordinates the performance management cycle, goal setting and planning, assessment process, performance development plans and implementation actions across all departments.
• Distributes evaluation forms, with a presentation session explaining to all employees and managers.
• Collects, validates and consolidates qualitative and quantitative performance inputs/outputs for each PMS process and participates in identifying development activities.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Develops compensation and benefits strategies, policies and procedures, salary scales and pool of financial and non-financial benefit programs and monitors their effectiveness.
• Complies data collection tools/job evaluations to participate in salary surveys, and reviews the compensation and benefit strategy with the desired market positioning.
• Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within the company.
• Develops total reward strategies, policies, procedures and benefits programs.
• Develops, monitors and implements bonus, commission and incentive schemes.
Manpower Planning & Budgeting:
• Develops and manages the manpower plans & budgets in line with the organizational priorities and business plans.
• Responsible for entire corporate recruitment & selection processes.
• Provides support and advices on recruitment to line and department managers.
• Implementing various Kuwaitization programs to increase the national manpower.
• Arranging and conducting recruitment open days.
Employee Relation:
• Implementing employee engagement programs to retain and motivate employees.
• Oversees the employees’ relation function and ensure that the employee relation employees are delivering the best services.
• Delivering and implementing new ideas to employee retention and employee engagement.
