**Medical Network Department:
- Responsible for Contracting & dealing with more than 1, 300 of medical providers.
- Follow-up processing, revision & issue of medical network booklet.
- Claims auditing (full cycle starting from recieving shipmint & batch untill voucher issuing ).
- Dealing with all claims problems.
**General Manager Administrative Assistant:
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing.
- Coordinates travel arrangements as needed.
- Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations.
**Customer Service & Call Center Supervisor (International):
- Supervise Call Center team members 24/7/365.
- Make sure that all team member know how to respond to what is being asked by training & reviewing their performances from time to time.
- Ensure that clients are satisfied by providing prompt response & solutions to their challenges at all time.
** Human Resources Supervisor:
- Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing & screening applications, conducting interviews.
- Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate & long-term staff requirements.
- Develop public relation & media relations strategies, Provide the company with all data & information, developments that occur in public opinion, as well as public attitudes of the company.
- Manage, direct & control team members to ensure targets are met.
- Monitor all calls (International Call Center) to ensure that due procedures & quality st&ards are strictly adhered to.
- Ensure that clients are satisfied at all times by providing prompt response & solutions to their challenges at all time.
- Develop activites directed to raise public awareness of online tendering services.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by develop & update the services provided by the company.
- Open & maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the problem.
