• Format contracts:( development of project contracting strategy, tenderer pre-qualification and selection, ITT, coordinate tender clarifications, receipt & opening of tender proposals, commercial evaluation, negotiate pricing and Ts&Cs, recommendation to award and contract signing).
• Administer contracts: (review and approval of insurance certificates & financial securities, contract correspondence, change management process, Invoice verification and approval for payments, claims prevention and management process, Contract Closeout).
• Automatization of the procurement and contracts procedures.
• Maintain records and reporting systems.
• Comply with procedures and Laws.
• Coordinate with Suppliers to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with Mashroat requirements, and the agreed terms).
• Analyze purchases across the organization and provide recommendation for cost optimization.
• Draft and standardise RFP Ts&Cs.
• Review and Improve contracts and procurement forms (RFP, RFQ, SLA, SOW, contract, change orders, etc.)
• Initiate and lead a Contract management system development project (ERP, Microsoft dynamic) to consolidate and store all contract data available across all departments in SAIB, and manage the contract cycle.
• Draft and handle diverse technical contracts such as (cybersecurity, IT software licence and support, ATMs, POS, security services, Bank armoured trucks and money transfer contracts...etc.).
• Manage suppliers contract negotiations and regulate contracts between suppliers and stakeholders.
• Assess legal problems.
• Conduct legal research.
• Draft case papers.
• Attend court to conduct advocacy.
