• Managing and Coordinating workflow, time, resources and costs of all projects in the Marketing Department.
• Scheduling, controlling costs and quality control throughout the project lifecycle, while satisfying the projects’ technical and quality requirements though coordinating all those aspects with the client account managers and the relevant marketing divisions.
• Monitor and Control tasks, from brief, through all facets of the marketing department in such a way, so as to ensure deadlines or any other client commitments are met.
• Reviewing the processes and consult on workflow and System ratification to achieve quality of service and delivery.
• Costing of all production jobs and managing the production process by liaising with Suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensuring that tasks/projects, received from account managers are timeously processed into the Marketing Department system.
• Ensuring the receipt of correct and completed briefs, as well as the distribution of these to all relevant divisions.
• Coordinating meetings with all internal parties for all major Projects.
• Liaising with Client Account Managers on the progress of jobs and providing solutions, prior to production to avoid any delays or mistakes.
• Liaising with the relevant parties on timings and costs for delivery to the various publications to ensure on-time delivery
• Liaising with suppliers and procurement of items including logistics for delivery.
• Collating information in an understandable format, so as to ensure that all relevant parties are made aware of deadlines through time-line plans, emails and various communicative tools.
