Performs specialized clerical & administrative tasks, dealing with complex & non-complex standard issues
related to Manpower Planning Section.
Prepares emails, memos, letters & correspondences to internal and external departments.
Prepares routine & non-routine reports, statistics and presentations.
Process & follow-ups on documentation between QP and outside authorities.
Updates the database system with current technical or administrative information.
Maintains manpower database for internal search, redeployment, medical cases, promotions, transfers, redesignations,
etc.
Ensures timely and accurate input of data in the SAP system by creating, deleting, updating temporary
positions, transferring employees and checking the data entries.
Provide technical assistance and support involving Manpower Planning Section.
Liaise with staff across the organization to obtain or provide information regarding promotions, manpower
requisitions, transfers, confirmation, re-designation, terminations, resignations, etc.
Ensures all documents received are complete with relevant and supporting documents. Maintains registers
for documents tracking purposes.
Arrange various appointments and meetings as required.
Directly involved in the re-deployment of surplus and medical case employees to the appropriate
permanent jobs, process of promotions from Junior to Senior Staff, deals with appropriate procedure for
employees with different job grade and salary grade, re-instatement cases, cross transfer of employees
between QP and subsidiaries.
Prepares reports, charts and statistics related to the departments’ establishment on a quarterly basis.
Provides appropriate training and support to Nationals on Development programs who are assigned to the
department and newcomers.
