-Established the Project Management Office (PMO) at Taiba Hospital.
-Develop project management standardized methodologies, processes, and practices tailored to the Hospital.
-Enhance healthcare quality, streamline business operations, and achieve strategic goals by overseeing and facilitating the delivery of portfolios, programs, and projects across the organization.
-Responsible for overseeing and managing the corporate strategy projects and initiatives from initiation to closing.
- Establish regular strategy sessions with leadership to ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives and adjust as needed for upcoming initiatives.
Successful execution of strategic goals, mission and vision by ensuring operational standards are understood and met by lab personnel.
•Successfully executed the full expansion of the lab from a COVID testing center into a general referral lab. This includes construction and lab layout plan, budgeting, medical equipment selection, LIS integration launch and all required government licensing procedures.
•Responsible for the daily operation of all laboratory departments and personnel, ensuring safety and lab protocols are followed and, all equipment is properly maintained.
•Managed full PCR operation and additional 38 branches across Kuwait from August 2021 to March 2022.
•Achieved monthly sales targets from July 2021 to February 2022.
•Increased sales by creating and implementing sales/marketing plans with the business development division to attain B2B and B2C segments.
•Manage the HR division and oversee all HR duties- employee relations and recruitment division in addition to payroll and benefits.
•Oversee and manage all marketing and digital media related responsibilities.
•Launched a successful PCR marketing campaign that included digital media, indoor unipoles and outdoor digital unipole screens.
•Maintaining overall security standards for the lab's system software (LIS) in addition to handling all system integration processes for the lab.
•Implemented an inventory stock and waste disposal procedures in alliance with regulatory guidelines.
•Liaising with suppliers/vendors for medical kits, tools, and equipment.
•Handle all Ministry of Health communications for the lab. This includes governmental licensing requirements and inspections.
Created and implemented administrative policies including HR, frony desk, and procurement SOP's.
•Developed and successfully implemented quality improvement initiatives.
•Manage patient flow and oversee the front desk staff.
•Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained and replaced as necessary.
•Responsible for HR duties in employee relations and recruitment.
•Identified and addressed risks and opportunities for the center.
•Oversee the center's marketing and social media requirements.
•Ensure regulatory compliance is followed and maintained by staff.
