• set up and monitor induction for all staff in addition to staff on-boarding and off-boarding

• Organize and follow up on the submission and completion of timesheets
• Monitor staff absence and follow up with staff and managers on regularly planning leaves

Acting Senior Human Recourses Officer from (Feb 2022 - May 2022)
▪Manage bases daily HR needs including contracts, CMT, performance management, health insurance, leaves management and keep well records of all mentioned tasks.

▪Analyze the content and media strength, and evaluating new content along with new content providers.
▪Supervising the update process for different operator portals/channels with latest multimedia content.
▪Reporting and revenue analysis and tracking the revenue generated through the RBT services.
▪Doing interventions on a regular basis to enhance revenue from RBT Services.
▪Content batch uploading and updating content; photos and audio on the RBT apps and portals.
▪Manage relation with media content providers and production houses.
