o To oversee the implementation of policies and procedures always set by the company at the distribution branches.
o To ensure customer service objectives and internal process are implemented and maintained to ensure consistent customer service for clients.
o Service incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries via the call center, service and respond to all inquires, comments, complaints .
o Sell or upsell products to exiting clients and via outbound call campaigns as directed .
o Issue quotes and policies for clients using the company’s systems .
o Service clients during product campaigns as direct by Management .
o Support various distribution channels ( brokers, direct sales, business and bancassurance )
o Handle clients complaints in professional & proper manner
