• Identify strategically important priorities & transform them into practice, by utilizing tools to translate vision & strategy into operational objectives that drive performance & behavior.
• Ensure guardianship of Terms of Reference & right applicability across Middle East Area.
• Drive generation of insights to support business decisions through the development of consumer segment strategies & accordingly recommendation of priority segments, opportunities & approaches.
• Identify long-term market insights with prioritization of consumer & market opportunities/ threats.
• Manage information reporting & provide accurate information within the business, while maintaining an appropriate market information system & database.
• Managing a team of four members at both End Market & Middle East level to ensure accuracy of information shared & timely delivery to meet timelines & content.
