- Contribute to the HR portion of the Business Plan for the designated Business Units.
- Develop Manpower Plans and forecasts talent requirements for next 3 to 5 years based on business plan.
- Develop yearly HR operational plans for the designated Business Units.
- Conduct periodic meetings with respective business units or Business Unit management team.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partner with People & Culture on strategic and operational initiatives as needed/required.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
- Identify training and development, and learning needs for business units and individual
executive coaching needs.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Maintain and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all
positions.
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human
resource policies and procedures.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Maintain human resource staff by orienting and training employees.
- Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives.
- Administrative duties and record keeping.

- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

- Ensure course materials understanding through practical tests and activities.
- Assist in preparing departmental reports such as Business Plan, Operating Plan, Accountability Reports, Progress Reports and other related reports for managements review and endorsement.
- Prepares charts, graphs and organizes relevant statistics in the preparation of management requested reports, studies and analysis, and usual presentations.
- Regularly updates management with regards to HR metrics, identifies patterns and potential risks and recommends remedial actions.
- Provides analysis and summaries, as assigned, of various HR related problems and issues, and presents findings to management.
- Provides guidance regarding budgeting and accountability \[procedures.
- Performs all other related workforce and analytical duties and special projects as assigned/requested.
- Delivers informative, well-organized reports to Management as required by Dept. Manager.
- Conduct Organizational Development related tasks: − HR Organizational Development. − Process Mapping. − ERP Implementation Supervision. − HR Systems Development & Planning.
- Liaison and assist with the HR Specialist in the process of employees’ recruitment.
- Assist Admin & Shared Services Dept. Manager as required.
