Directly report to the Project Coordinator
•Assist the management in recruitment and training of the BAs
• Manage the team as well as distributer/ sales team, setting meetings and insuring proper follow up and data capture.
• Ensure that sales process is followed.
• Ensures that all key performance indicators are communicated to supervisors and review the performance of BAs on regular basis.
• Develop and suggest team incentive program for the BAs .
•Ensures sales force are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
•Build maintain strong contacts with the outlets and Sales team in building profitable volume outlets.
•Responsible for forwarding each and every incident to Project Coordinator.
•Review the performance against targets every day and report to Project Coordinator
• Arrange a weekly meeting with the BAs and submit the mints of the meeting
•Managing and looking after the BAs requirements.
•Create and maintain an effective coverage routing plan for market and develop efficient productivity per resource person.
•Plan daily market visit and monitor availability and visibility of the products/testers/new launches/CP with the assistance of the field coordinator and report to Project Coordinator.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Provide direct customer services by informing them of products and services.
•Identify sales opportunities and follow up on existing accounts for business development.
