• Customer Services: Workforce planning for customer service department, Attending HR off-boarding meetings, requesting release letters, completing business leave notification cancellations, Resident Permits cancellation, maintaining and updating the off-boarding reports for non-sponsor employees and deactivating their profiles in Sidra HR system, HR onboarding meetings, issuing (QID, Family visas, NOC letters, Police clearance, Resident Visas).
• Housing Department: Overview of the department and the process of allocating suitable housing for staff as per the policy.
