• Plan, evaluate and implement training and development courses and programs for employees that align with human resources and overall company goals.
• Conduct or arrange for ongoing and periodic training; such as technical, management development and HR compliance classes and workshops.
• Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs, track and monitor usage and effectiveness.
• Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees
• On-board new hires and assign them to training sessions
• Identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training
• Manage existing personnel files and create new ones as needed.
• Handle complaints/questions/special requests from internal guests.
• Assist with the recruitment process.
• Keep a record of all the Associates leave.
• Coordinate with the Human Resources Manager with Visa application, health assessment and other comparable tasks for new and existing Associates.
• Maintain monthly update of Associates birthday and anniversaries.
• Help with mapping out training plans, design and develop training programs.
• Making Associates aware of the training opportunities and provide necessary information.
• Help with and conduct induction, policies, business principles and Wyndham compliance training for new Associates.
• Stay in regular contact with Corporate Learning and Development and training managers from other managed properties to discuss best practices.
• Plans, directs, and organizes the district’s human resources procedure, and processes consistent with current laws and district goals; evaluates current procedures and recommends changes.
