2. Working in AJMAL & SONS, (Ajmal Group Of Companies) AB Road, Near Radio Club-Colaba, Mumbai-5 as an Accounts officer, (F&A) from August/2011 to till date.
JOB HANDLE: ➢ Passing necessary sales, purchase, sale return and purchase return entries of Taxable and nontaxable packed products and loose items through Visual Udyog software on daily basis.
➢ Passing the necessary Input/output entries through Visual Udyog software on daily sales.
➢ To sort-out & finalize taxable (Excise, VAT) and non taxable items from different Cash Memos, And to pass necessary sales entries of various Textiles items through perfect InfoTech software on daily basis.
➢ Passing the necessary STB/STR entries through perfect InfoTech software of daily purchase and transfer.
➢ Daily sales summary make of Textiles, Packed and Loose items individually.
➢ Maintain the Forest Register of Agarwood on daily basis.
➢ Maintain Agarwood Stock Register in Excel Sheet on daily basis.
➢ Prepare monthly sales summary of Textiles, packed and loose items individually.
➢ Sometimes to perform sales as and when required.
