1) Supervising and monitoring assigned site works as per the approved shop drawings to complete the project within stipulated time
2) Preparing the bill of quantities for all the construction materials to make the financial value of the project in economical way.
3) Attending the Job explanation meetings and Site visits for new projects, which are arranged by our clients.
4) Preparing the work progress schedule by using MS-Projects and Primavera software for completing the project in the stipulated time.
5) Inspection and execution of Underground sewer line and Potable water line systems.
6) Obeying and following the all safety precautions to complete the project without any Man-hours Loss.
7) Preparing the Risk assessment programs and Job Safety Analysis to rectify accidents at job site.
8) Attending the all meetings which are arranged by superior officers like Project Manager, Technical Manager and General Managers, to improve the quality of construction and fastening the construction work.
9) Developing the drawings to satisfy the technical specifications and requirements. Assisting the CAD draftsmen.
10) Preparing the Budgetary and Cost Estimations, and also finding a path for cost control at site.
11) Inspecting the structural work execution on site and checking the Reinforcement arrangement as per approved drawings and also guiding the Supervisors and Foremen.
12) Executing the Asphalt road construction work and preparing the Parking shades.
13) Inspecting the construction quality of Multistory towers, Residential Villas, Training centre, Ware house, Pallet shed and Production areas.
14) Ensure that materials and equipment's which are released for site construction in time to meet the construction schedule.
15) Contacting with all other engineering disciples like Plumbing engineers, Sanitary engineers and Electrical engineers before starting the work for completing their duties and responsibilities.
16) Implementing the site work in accordance with issued for construction drawings.
17) Providing and maintaining building control lines by the use of transit and level.
18) Preparing the daily construction and work progress reports of sub-contractors.
19) Preparing the proper Material Take Off data for required materials to start a particular construction activity.
20) Following up the foremen and supervisors and clarifying their daily work program.
21) Preparing the daily man power report and Building materials consumed at site.
1) Involving in all the construction activities very enthusiastically.
2) Meeting the Project manager and site incharge to discuss about the work progress and to follow their ideas to achieve our company’s aims and targets.
3) Preparing the daily man power report and maintaining their attendance.
4) Coordinating with the Supervisor and foreman for establishing the quality work and to eliminating the confusion on site execution.
5) Communicating with the Client to explaining the work progress and to satisfying him about the quality of work progress.
6) Checking the quality of all construction materials, which are using at site.

8) Preparing the In-voice of materials and daily payment reports.

12) Suggesting the Anti Termite Treatment (ATT) to the Timber used as Door shutters, Door Frames, Window Shutters and Window Frames for maintaining the good life.
13) Maintain a good working relationship with quantity Estimation Personnel to improve the work accuracy to maximum extent.
14) Providing and maintaining building control lines by the use of transit and level.
15) Preparing the proper Material Take Off (MTO) data for required materials to start a particular construction activity
16) Maintaining a clear record of machinery and equipments of company and hired equipments to eliminate the excess wastage of money.
17) Attending the all meetings which are arranged by superior officers to improve the quality of construction and fastening the construction work establishment.
18) Preparing the documents of purchase of materials and comparing with the material store records.
19) Contacting with all other engineering disciples like Plumbing engineers, Sanitary engineers and Electrical engineers before starting the work for completing their duties and responsibilities.
20) Suggesting the type and quantity of Admixtures and other chemicals (if any) to be used in mixing of design mix of concrete to maintaining good properties.
21) Maintaining the all safety precautions before establishing the work.

1) Calculating the quantities of Building materials and preparing the Bill of Quantity’s.
2) Study contract drawings, specifications and shop drawings to insure proper coordination of built-in-items.
3) Identify items relating to BOQ of client and provide a link between BOQ quantity and actual quantity take-off.
4) Preparing Bar Bending Scheduled.,
5) Calculating the quantities of Building materials and preparing the Bill of Quantity’s in detailed and in summary form to include (item description, calculations, classifications, specifications, drawing references, constructability remark) as per project requirement (As possible).
6) Preparing material take off (MTO) which is related to all civil works and I have little experience in preparing MTO for sanitary, electrical and plumbing fixtures etc.,
7) Avoiding the wastage of materials by sending required quantity of materials to the site by calculating with Material Take Off method.
8) Study contract drawings, specifications and shop drawings to insure proper coordination of built-in-items.
9) Coordinating with the project’s Quantity surveyors and Estimators - all disciplines - in relation to the scope of work requirements.
10) Inform the Estimation Engineer about the daily progress of works and Generating Monthly and Weekly Progress report.
11) Maintain a good working relationship with quantity Estimation Personnel to improve the work accuracy to maximum extent.
12) Inspecting the quality of all construction materials, which are using on site mostly Concrete.
13) Being responsible for the control of Quantity Survey in accordance with agreed program.
14) Reviewing and understanding the drawings, specifications and related information of the works.
15) Checking the quality of all construction materials, which are using at site.
16) Following up the daily test results of materials and sending the report to the higher authorities for acceptance for using the material at site.
17) Testing the Quality of Concrete which was sent to the site from Batching plant by the method of Cube casting and measuring the height of slump by Slump cone test.

20) Checking the quality of the materials which are supplied to the site by Material supplying contractors and insuring with the contract document.
