Accomplished Tasks: 1. Operating the Saving Scheme: issuing cheques, vouchers, loans, withdrawals, and retirement and termination settlements within the scheme. In constant work with CFO and IT. I assist the employee with loans inquires, and to give them the best options.
2. Assisting the Passenger Services Admin Officer in employee overtime calculations, absenteeism, payment adjustments, issuing warning letters, and other Human Resource admin work.
3. Issuing letters: In both Arabic and English to banks, ministries, Bahrain Credit, BDF, Service Certificates, etc.
4. Assisted in updating the company's Job Descriptions in regards to grammar, format and relation to jobs.
5. Helped out in final settlements by creating excel sheets, calculations of leaves, etc.
6. Facilitated the change of company's forms which are constantly used within the company.
7. Updating the IT department with any new employee's data in regards to their job titles, job code, authorizations, medical insurance etc.
