Role & Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across the UK market.
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
* Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.
* Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with UK-based clients and candidates.
* Handle inside sales activities including lead generation, cold calling, and client follow-ups.
* Explain recruitment services and negotiate terms with prospective clients.
* Maintain candidate pipelines and regularly update CRM/database systems.
* Work toward achieving monthly hiring and sales targets within deadlines.
* Prepare candidate profiles, reports, and recruitment documentation.
* Follow UK recruitment standards, communication etiquette, and hiring practices.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties based on their needs and budget
• Conduct market research and provide accurate property valuations and pricing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and property developers
• Identify potential leads, generate new business opportunities, and follow up on inquiries
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, presenting properties in a professional and appealing manner
• Negotiate property deals to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements
• Stay up to date with real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations
• Collaborate with legal advisors, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
• Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Duties & Responsibilities

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and implement policies in accordance with US Department of State/Bureau of Population, Refugees & Migration (DOS/PRM) guidelines for United States Refugee Admission Program (USRAP).
• Work closely and follow instructions of in & Out Supervisors to coordinate processing activities and manage pre- and post-USCIS caseload.
• Conduct refugee pre-screen interviews in accordance with USRAP guidelines and SOPs, including collecting biometric data/photographs of refugee applicants.
• Complete daily activities, including but not limited to scheduling cases, photocopying, scanning, translation of documents, attaching documents to existing system and file creation.

• Complete other daily activities, including but not limited to scheduling cases for medical, receiving and entering medical results and USCIS results, requesting assurances/travel and preparing travel packets.
• Execute pre and post DHS files quality control and file review and file review throughout processing timeline.
• Work on daily quality control reports as well as other ad hoc reports received from tableau system.
• Provide operational and logistical support to USCIS missions outside the office and Lebanon.
• Perform other duties or special assignments as may be assigned to ensure efficient processing and operation of the ICMC Refugee Resettlement Program.
• Adhere to ICMC’s standard operating procedures, code of conduct, and security protocols.
