- Ensure contact with community to establish rapport and overall orientation for community mobilization.
- Work with district team and relevant organizations to mobilize community participation to the formal and informal community gathering
- Organize, facilitate and actively participate in community gatherings at district level including taking meeting minutes.
- Attend formal/informal district meetings report and follow on action points as agreed.
- Follow up on issues raised by the community and refer to relevant organizations as required.
- With the support of the community members, mobilize community to make thorough analysis of their vulnerabilities, capabilities and resources at their disposal. - Facilitate the process of information and knowledge sharing with community that may be available through SRAD, UNHCR and other non-governmental agencies.
- Provide support to other community mobilization mechanisms, outreach networks and activities when needed.
- Work closely with UNHCR Mass Information on the design and dissemintation of key messages through community gatherings and outreach networks.
- Work closely with CS and IRD SW on identifying and referring vulnerable cases and mapping out different social groups in the camp that are relevant to outreach.
- Assist UNHCR assigned verification and distribution as required.
- Support implantation of recreational activities in coordination with recreation team staff in identification and recruitment of participants and volunteers to run activities.
- Monitor camp development and report on daily issues, identifying and the refugees. UNHCR remains the primary interlocutor with authorities including SRAD.
- Encourage and stimulate full participation by all community members with special attention to those who are often marginalized in community decision making processes ( women, elderly, minorities, PWD, etc.).
- Work to build relations, develop trust, tolerance, cooperation, and facilitate dialogue within the refugee community as a whole through official and unofficial community structures throughout the camp.
- Assist in NFI distribution and winterization activities upon UNHCR request and report activities and achievements to supervisor.
- Complete all reporting in an accurate, organized, and comprehensive manner according to reporting protocol.
- Represent IRD in a professional and respectful manner to all community members.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with communities.
- Support other IRD and UNHCR activities as requested and approved by IRD management.

-Keep all training records for maintenance staff; annotating them frequently when need to be insuring that all documents are updated and correct. He/she is the sole custodian of these files and it is his responsibility to make them available for authorized personnel only (QA Director, Accountable Manager).
-Make contacts and correspondences (e-mail or otherwise) with the local academies and universities regarding the OJT training that is conducted in the company. He acts as a liaison for the matter. Moreover he acts as point of contact for local training centers that provide diverse training in marketing, finance, management etc.
-Announces for courses that are conducted in-house
. The announcement shall be made by e-mail and hard copies distributed on the company notice boards.
-Make all proper arrangements with the instructors concerning in-house training.
-Assist the QA director concerning all matters related to correspondences with CARC regarding the certification or examination of technicians for power plant or repairman certificates. Correspondences in hard copies shall be drafted by him under the request and demand of QA director.
-Prepare required attendance sheets and lists of attendance for all in-house training courses. Certificates are standardized for all training and shall be signed by the concerned trainer and the QA director.
-Responsible for documentation of all in-house training courses. Contents shall include but not limited to; examination papers, lists of attendees, copies of certificates distributed to staff folders, examinations questions.
-Upon the completion of each training session, he is responsible for controlling the course critique (evaluation) form. It is his duty to distribute it before the course ends and collects it back upon its completion. These forms may be filed separately under his supervision and custody.
