- Track, analyze and prepare reports to the management/ top management; as well as
using them to identify areas in which positive changes can be made
- Follow up working with departments and project managers to ensure Mega projects’
progress and to ensure successful implementation of operational plans
- Procurement management for major projects such as Saraya Al Aqaba
- Define more cost-efficient alternatives and provide job cost tracking set-up, development
of revenue recognition units and productivity analysis reporting
In addition to my main role, I’m taken part in a new created function within the firm called Tools
& Processes Management which seeking for continuous improvements
- Excel training sessions for the employees
- ERP Consultation for internal systems
- Building new tools and rebuilding existing processes
- Prepare, review and analyze reports to the management/ top management
-Responsible for driving all areas of the unit and for leading teams to deliver results
