Professional Architectural and Civil structure drafter with 5 years’ experience working on 2D & 3D drawing for multiple types of commercial projects, including, Residential building, Commercial building, Road, Canal, Dam, Railways. Constructing of villas and G+4, G+3, G+6, G+8 building & high-rise buildings etc. Self-starting professional continuously researches and adopt new technologies to improve drafting skills. Comfortable working directly with engineering staff, Project Manager and clients to produce drawing from sketches and Existing drawings.

Responsibilities : Reporting daily activities to the project manager of drawings Analysis with previous drawing, Existing drawing, Execution and coordinating with engineers, foreman and site surveyor to planning and estimating quantities of Doors windows Tabuk, block walls, lintels stone, cladding, tile etc.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports and applying RFI to DM. Coordinating with consultants/clients and sub-contractor if any unsafe to do work.
Have strong leadership, communication, relation building, analytical and influencing skills.

Responsibility
1.To Draw all 2D layout preparation.
2.To assisting with civil engineering to modify existing building plan, Building structure and steel detailing.
3.To prepare check the building beams and columns.
4.To modify or any changes in the drawing as per Architect plan requested by client.
5.To Draw structure, longitudinal and any other’s section.
6.To draw structure framing plan.
7.To train junior draughtsman how to draw plan in AutoCAD & CAD operator
8.To prepare pile cab foundation and normal foundation & legends.
9.To carryout worker activities on site.
10.To coordinate with engineers and other team to run operation smoothly.
11.To prepare cladding work ability.
12.To handle all labour work activity.
13.To prepare site supervisor work responsibility.
14.To create 3d design AutoCAD & Revit software.
15.To draw all RCC structure plan.
16.To build BIM modelling.
17.To do collaboration with engineers.
18.To check with as per site condition drawing with approved drawings.
19.To check previous dwg. With new architech dwg,
20.To follow is per UAE STANDARD drawings.
Reporting daily activities to the project manager of drawings analysis with previous drawings. construction of new infrastructure & footpath, fence as per the RTA STANDARD works like steel bollards and trenches for high equipped machinery's on site as well, drop, flush curb, hell kerbstone we fixed tile interlock 6cm & 8cm. mainly works are telecom trenches RTA consultant. weekly report, monthly report and applying RFI to DM
