I have been involved in the Designing, Tendering, Estimation activities, Execution of MEP fit-out works, Testing & commissioning, Mobilization of Manpower/Materials/ Equipment, & Coordination with other department.
• Working knowledge of various building services design codes and standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, IMC, QCS and other International design codes & standards.
• Significant Exposure to Medium Rise Buildings, Residential & Commercial Buildings, Hospital, Hotel Apartments, Warehouses Educational & Private Villas Projects.
• Design Calculation for HVAC system through HAP/Revit
• Hydraulic Calculation for Fire fighting, Plumbing & Drainage system.
• Aerodynamic calculations and ductwork-sizing of A/C and Ventilation Systems.
• Quantity surveying for all mechanical equipment and materials, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Prepares estimates of projects or parts of projects for a specific discipline based on the available documents.
• Prepare tender documents/Quotations/BOQs.
• Requesting/Approve the material request through ERP system.
• Devlop BIM models using revit and naviswork.
• Experienced using HAP, Elite Fire, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam Revu.
