RESPONSIBILITIES:
General:
Booking Journal Vouchers
Booking Invoice and Recording the Expenses
Bank Reconciliation
Preparing the Payroll
Handling customers and meet their needs
Working at the reception area when needed
Handling the stationary & the stock and their expenses
Working on the Accounting program KEYCOM
The whole registration process for both the institute & the university.
Greet and welcome Customers as soon as they arrive
Answer & forward incoming phone calls
Correspondence: (Incoming/Outgoing)
Dealing with the Customers’ needs and inquiries
Faxes, email, letters

I do the contract for the employees and teachers in English and Arabic and the Attract attention.
Field Training: Accounting training program at KOC (Kuwait Oil Company), 4 Units - 5 hrs. Per day. Including 5 teams: Insurance Team, Financial Support Team, Accounts Payable Team, Employee Accounts + ORACLE Program Team, Financial Payment Team
