Job Responsibilities.
*Can start immediately and independently .
• Plans, organize, directs, and controls activities related to the procurement function.
*Send RFQ to Vendor, receive and compare the offers before final approval. Negotiate costs of contracts with Vendors,
*Directing, Coordinating and Distributing responsibilities and controlling of work among the sub ordinates in the department.
* Can execute designated procurement activities in compliance with
Purchase requisitions accordance with the company procedure.
* Evaluating suppliers to ensure their performance as per the agreed terms.
a) Review and prepare Purchase orders in MS-Great plains ERP 10.
* Decide the delivery time of materials in order to maximize the payment
Limit.
* Verifying the confirmation and acceptance of the materials for invoice
payment.
* Implementing continuous improvement systems and process according to the ISO requirement.
* Arranging internal procurement Audit to ensure conformance to
procedures according to ISO.
* Minimize costs through efficient work experience,
* Working within the guidelines of the Quality assurance system laid by the Organization.
* Currently dealling wiht many foreign supplier like machine and parts and handling its transportaion with different forwarders.
* Freight methods:- Arranging shipment clearance from customs with
Suitable clearing agents in Saudi Arabia, coordinating with accounts in
Order to arrange payment for foreign suppliers, Arrange required documents for customs clearance with Supplier, if necessary attested/legalized etc.
* Can design, a flow chart for a complete material management system for the Supply Chain of material inside various departments and warehouses.
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work.
