Direct the warehouse operation at Parts Distribution Center to ensure achievement of
productivity, accuracy, cost and timeliness of objectives and 100 % service level.
- Responsible for achieving warehouse KPI targets.
- Conduct annual physical inventory at Parts Distribution Center.
- Prepare annual warehouse budget in terms of storage space, manpower, logistic cost,
material handling equipment’s, tools etc.
- Coordinate with all concerned dept. in balancing the operational activitiesin order to optimize
storage space, available manpower.
- Submit monthly report on warehouse operations to the management.
- Overseeing the planned maintenance of machines and material handling equipment’s.
- Training warehouse staffs and monitoring their performance and progress.
- Perform annual staff performance appraisal.
- Manage Kaizen activities related to process, cost reduction, storage improvements and CS.
- Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of work environment.
Responsible for the inbound operation and to achieve the inbound staffs productivity, stock
accuracy and timely completion of other activities.
- Timely submission of inbound claims to the principles / Insurance Company and follow up
with them for early settlement of claims.
- Arrange to conduct cycle count at Parts Distribution Center.
- Conduct daily morning meeting with inbound team leaders to brief on the plan for the day.
- Produce regular reports on operation on daily wise, prepare and present operation data on
monthly review meeting.
FAMCO is authorized dealer for Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Truck and Bus, Yanmar Gen set &
Engines, Linde MHE, Ingersoll Rand Compressors, Merlo Telehandler, Himoinsa Gen set etc.
Job Responsibility
- Managing overall sales performance at branch level and follow up on daily sales activities.
- Ensure customer requirements are identified and the sales process - Quote to delivery.
- Follow up ordering to delivery of spares parts and follow up on related issues.
- Ensure parts availability and stock accuracy at parts center.
- Conduct annual physical inventory at the parts center.
- Ensure that housekeeping is maintained in an excellent standard at part center.
- Submit regular reports on weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure that all documents related to parts counter sales and warehouse transactions are
recorded in the filing system.
Lead a team of warehouse staffs involved in inbound operation.
- Responsible for stock accuracy in the warehouse.
- Conduct weekly and annual physical inventory to adjust discrepancies.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping in an excellent standard.
- Submit activity report to warehouse manager.
