Currently Serving as Sr.Executives Administration in KSK Energy Venture Limited; responsible for Facilities, General and office administration, housekeeping and beautification of the plant, Pest Control Management, Security, Canteen Services, Transportation Services, Stationary, Guest House, Guest /Visitor handlings and arrangements, General and office Administration, Dealing with casual workers and vendors; Admin related vendor negotiation and payment, proper maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities.
Actively involving in directing Project Management initiatives like defining technical specifications, reporting and documentation, budgeting and cost estimates, commissioning and executing the entire project; accountable for a total head count of 300 members, managing efficiently with a team of 10 supervisors.
Rendering administrative support in managing day to day administrative functions of GKE Project and reporting to HO and ensure the completion of the project within specified time and cost parameters.
Involving in overall record management while keeping updated records and facilitating easy retrieval whenever required; accountable for proper filing and maintenance of all the correspondence.
Overseeing administration and facilities related activities including office administration & handling of day-to-day general correspondences like letters, faxes, Emails etc; managing the day-to-day work of employees in the company's executive office and ensured that they met their time and production targets.

Identifying and developing alternate vendor source for achieving cost effective purchases of raw materials, identifying critical issues related to site activities and ensure timely resolution of queries so as to ascertain uninterrupted works.
Responsible for making tour arrangements for senior officials while coordinating with tour operators, hotels, travel agencies, and air departments to facilitate ticket/travel/hotel arrangements.
Identifying manpower requirements through proper planning and analysis; planning deployment of manpower as per skills/ requirements and ensuring adherence to disciplinary norms.
Supervising Facilities Management operations and accountability for developing as well as negotiating with vendors for obtaining timely procurement of requisite items at competitive prices
Planning and carrying out necessary business continuity procedures in the event of riot, fire, flood, breaking and entering, accident or major damage.
Managing the recruitment process right from sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, collaborating human resource requirements, facilitating smooth joining formalities and also, manage their exit formalities
Reporting to the Zonal Head Institutional Alliances on the training/IT solutions being provided to institutes of Higher Education by NIIT.
Responsible to select colleges as a partner to conduct one of the most prestigious business school entrance exams (CAT) in East India.
Responsible for arranging approx. 6000 computer to be used for this exam in 26 locations.
Coordinate and support Regional teams by organizing activities for promotion of Training and Education solutions for colleges and institutes.
Responsible for End-to-End sales activity and Responsible for meeting budgetary targets for company.
Coordinate with Ad agencies in developing communication material like brochures, collaterals, etc for the marketing and product positioning needs of the NIIT’s IA division.
Deliver seminars and presentations in partner institutes for successive registration of new students.
Institutional tie-ups with colleges and universities for running NIIT solutions for employability enhancement
Explore the training needs of companies for advanced as well as basic IT skills and provide them customized training packages.
