A team leader with full involvement to oversee tender and construction drawings, contract documentation, contract implementation and project management (construction phase) until completion. Liaising with local authorities to obtain approval on building plans. Able to work independently with clients, other related consultants, main contractor and supplier to monitor all related documentation and project implementation. Monitoring the construction works for conformance with architectural plans and specifications. Projects involved are mostly government complexes, high rise office buildings, high rise condominiums, commercial buildings and mixed development (commercial+residential).
