· Talent Acquisition team player for Middle East, Africa & Europe & coordination with Hiring Managers in terms of - job classification & mapping, intake call, Conducting interviews, Keeping a database, reports onrecruitment updates
· Human Resources Capital; starting from updating HC report, preparing new hire form, & approvals as
REQ & promotion letter /ER20's, announcements, ....etc).
· Employee mobility, working with the global mobility team in terms consolidating & gathering data
concerning promoting /moving an employee from one country to another.
· Talent Management; working with hiring managers to identifying the right calibers/successors, in addition to work with them in case of promotion.
· Reviewing and updating employee compensation and advise pay roll by any changes before payout dates
· Arranging for new hire on Onboarding /setup (registration on company force, run on medical & payroll) and on boarding (organizational & functional ), however the last one comes from hiring manager and HR follow the plan and its progress.
· Prepare & review offer letters for EMEA and review employee contracts before submitting, ensure all are
signed by respective parties & employee file is completed.
· Maintaining & updating HR personnel Files/ records for EMEA Staff inside ERP system & hard copies.
· Maintaining regular updates for Employee HR database
· Updating monthly Headcount reports & other HR analysis such as time to fill, recruitment cost, attrition rate..extra.
· Help in consolidating Training needs & implementation of training
· Working & preparing the HR-ROI
· Conduct training on company policies and Performance Reviews
· Performance Management goal setting & development plan, provide employees initial training for the process and support them to submit their forms ( goal setting, midyear review, yearend evaluation).
· Key factor in the implementation in HR ERP system - Work Day.
· Helping and supporting in employee grievance /complaints.
· Exit interviews in case of resignation to understand the reasons, prepare a survey, propose it to HR
manager to develop
• Identify new business opportunities and evaluate their viability and potential.
•Implement business strategies in conjunction with other Swift departments, to ensure
compliance in line with service/contract/client expectations pertaining to new business
opportunities. i.e.- Local registrations, new company set up, in country operations etc.
• Work closely with the Recruiters and General Manager to ensure that resources are available and allocated correctly across the team.
• Individual & group training relating to Recruitment.
• Implementing Achieving, administration, contracting system, Training and monitoring.
• Undertake background research on target customers’ existing and future portfolios
• Research and write proposals in response to requests from customers
• Follow-up prospective leads
• Employment and recruiting-Work with hiring manager to develop ideal candidate
criteria, collaborate with private headhunters and peruse job boards to find employees,
attract qualified employees and match them to jobs, coordinate relocation.
• Handle the recruitment process from building up pool of candidates, screening cvs,
conducting interviews and tests, and handling the hiring and orientation procedures.
• Assist in the job analysis process and developing job descriptions.
• Developing performance appraisal tools and Implement an efficient performance
appraisal system during the preparation period.
• Preparation monthly payroll and Update reports for Finance Dept. regarding Project costing.
• Prepare monthly salary reconciliation to ensure correctness of Payroll
Preparing monthly analysis reports to measure the actual costing of hiring processes for each
company.
• Installation, configuration and upgrading of Database server software and related products.
• Evaluate Database features.
• Take care of the Database design and implementation.
