• Reports directly to Account Bank Manager, reports indirectly to Help Desk Manager and Bank Supervisor.
• Ensures the quality of relationships and communications with the bank.
• Ensures that the product reaches the customer with high quality.
• Monitor the daily work with the team and follow them up.
