• Develop the program framework, plans and indicators to capture project performance results and provide effective
• Analysis of Work Plan implementation and objectives, including activities linking planning with regular progress reviews and resource
allocations
• Managed ERP steering committee and led delivery of ERP related projects (HRMS, Finance & Procurement Upgrade)
• Successfully delivered oracle ERP upgrade projects

• Review Geidea Bank Daily Reports and make adjustment when needed to avoid error.
• Reports directly to Account Bank Manager, reports indirectly to Help Desk Manager and Bank Supervisor.
• Ensures the quality of relationships and communications with the bank.
• Ensures that the product reaches the customer with high quality.
• Monitor the daily work with the team and follow them up.
• achieves SLA agreement.
