➢ Conduct office day meeting weekly to discuss their store assignment- sales performance, sales update /balance from sales target, replenishment, pull outs, store concerns, fast moving items for the week and action plan to hit their target. Also discuss the upcoming new arrivals if any.
➢ Conduct on the spot store visit to those promoters with low sales, to check foot traffic, merchandising and competitors.
➢ Do pre alert /store allocation for the upcoming shipment.
➢ Analyze product profile per door - to check what category is really needed and this is our guide in doing the pre alert allocation per door.
➢ Evaluate Promoters Monthly Sales Performance - criteria (goal achiever / 90% of the target, complete reports, accurate inventory and complete attendance)
