My duties in Secretarial:
Receiving visitors and directing them to the intended administration
Answer the phone and divert calls
Receive incoming fax and letters from outside
Distribution of mail to employees of different companies and departments
Arrange and organize various files with reference and documents Opening Outgoing & Inbox mail and do type mail
Writing Arabic and English letters
Prepares Quotation (Tender & On-Hand Projects), Sales Order, and Delivery Note

My duties as Assistant HR Manager:
1-Recruitment
posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media
Check CVs and select candidates before submitting them to HR Manager
schedule calls and interview and manage calendar for all hiring teams a candidate
communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
answer questions regarding salaries, benefits, and other
coordination with P.R.O for visa processing information
2-Payroll
verify and maintain personnel related documentation, including recruitment, training, grievances performance evaluations, classifications and employee leaves of absence
record data for each employee including such information as addresses weekly earnings absences amount of sales or production supervisory reports on performance and dates of and reasons for terminations
compute wages and deductions and enter data into the system monthly
keep track of leave time such as vacation personal and sick leave for employees
verify attendance hours worked and compute wages
Handles petty cash and office supplies replenishment

 Follow up all administrative and logistical matters related to the documentation of the Center's services such as photography, video filming, and advertising.
 Responsible for providing bookings, preparation, organization, and management of seminars, conferences, and workshops organized by the Center, and preparing their own reports.
 Responsible for the open education system in all its stages (coordination with Ain Shams university - doctors - registration of students).
 Making the necessary designs for advertising
 Perform any additional duties and responsibilities required by the nature of the work.
