HR Responsibilities
o Handle and provide support for various HR programs within the organization.
o Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications o Source and recruit candidates by post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, using databases and social media platforms.
o Screen candidates resumes and job applications
o Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
o Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Collection of hiring documents, establish personnel file and place new comers on payroll.
o Onboard new employees.
o Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and provide recruitment analytical reports to HR Manager.
Admin. Responsibilities
o Organize and schedule appointments, Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
o Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
o Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
o Develop and maintain a filing system
o Maintain contact lists
o Provide general support to visitors
o Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
