An IT specialist having experience in the IT Support roles, system support and System administration. Since 2019 I have been working as an IT system assistant. I therefore believe my skills set and experience would make me valuable on:
Installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training and implementing new application and system.
● Creating user accounts and performing access control.
● Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work
within our computing system.
● Microsoft desktop applications and Microsoft 365 suite and admin setup controls.
● Build an internal standard operational procedure with technical documentation, manuals and IT
policies.
