*Provide reports on the status of documentation either by manual action or using electronic tools where information can be extracted.
*Provide guidance to all project staff to ensure document control procedures are followed.
*Locate and provide status of any given documents on the project.
* Maintain physical document library to allow project staff to view hard copies required.

* Provide assistance to Area Delivery Manager, Project Manager & Project Staff in monitoring and tracking the status of Design Review Sheets (DRS/DRC).
* Responsible in collating all documents for Gateway Submissions
* Responsible in archiving of live documents & trashing of superseded design Documents
* Develop and maintain filing structures for incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Update and distribute the list of all PMIS Open Managed & Outstanding Task to be closed out by the Doha West team
* Provide sufficient training for GEC Staff with regards to effectively supervising the utilisation of the Document Management System (DMS).
* Prepare Letters/Correspondences in the Absence of Admin Assistant
* Manage archiving and document disposal efforts.
* Provide DW Area Team the open & outstanding Managed task in Sharepoint on a weekly basis
