• Launched plant-wide energy reduction initiative. Equipment enhancement and CAPEX-driven replacement on electrical-driven components and machineries to greatly reduce power consumption.
• Commenced Silica Cost Reduction project and lead both process and supply chain groups in acquiring alternate source of silica sand and quartz required for use in the factory's smelter division. Successfully decreased company fees on silica requirement by 43% or forecast of 19.3 million dollars’ worth of yearly savings based on Y2022 baseline for silica procurement and consumption.
• Initiated heavy equipment rental control by improving ready-spares initiative and unit upgrades. Yearly savings forecasted at USD $171K based on 2-year baseline.
• Periodically update the stakeholders including but not limited to expat superiors and other plant leads.
• Participate in annual budgeting & business planning exercises for proposals and deliveries that influence the planning process to maximize full potential deliveries.

• Responsible for procurement of both goods and services for various plant-site sectors including but not limited to structural, mechanical, electrical, chemical, and instrumentation commodities.
