Currently I am working as a Marhaba service agent for more than one year. My job responsibility is to meet, greet and assist passengers arriving from different parts of the world at Dubai International Airport.
RTA - Worked for RTA as a Data Entry Operator for one month.
HP - My duties were to contact the customers on behalf of HP and doing survey related to the printers and after that I moved directly to the HP and handling inbound calls.
HSBC - I was responsible to sell BT (Balance Transfer), Easy Cash, Activation, Supplementary Card & Easy Pay. Currently my duties are to update customer contact information & enrolling them for e-statements by making outbound calls, additionally I am also handling inbound calls for HSBC customers inquiring about e-statements
Trend Micro - - Collecting customer information by making outbound calls & also upgrade them about the events.
Mind ware - Making outbound calls to the customers and upgrade the details of the companies.
AVAYA - I was responsible to enter their new details in the system so the system is up to date.
I have completed my high school from Pakistan. When I was in Pakistan I awarded with the 1st prize in speech competition.
