I joined Coffee Planet LLC as a Production Manager for our International Partners and took on the responsibility of leading operations at third-party facilities in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Malaysia. In this role, I ensured that all processes were implemented. As my role expanded, I was promoted to Head of Supply Chain, where I took on the responsibility of managing, controlling, and developing the success of Coffee Planet LLC's Supply Chain function both locally and internationally. In this capacity, I was responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, procurement and purchasing, import and export, inventory control, and distribution, including 3PL management.

As the overall head of the Fruitas Group’s Manufacturing Division, I was responsible for overseeing a diverse array of departments, including Production, Quality, Production Planning and Inventory Control, Engineering and Maintenance, and Logistics and Distribution. My leadership was crucial in ensuring seamless operations that met the company's high standards for quality and food safety. I played a key role in achieving the plant’s HACCP Certification and significantly improved the plant’s capacity to support the business’s expansion.

I managed the overall planning and production for Delfi's Philippine Operations as Production Manager. In this role, I played a pivotal part in ensuring seamless production processes and efficient planning. My responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating
with various departments, and consistently meeting production targets. Following my success in production management, I was promoted to Continuous Improvement Manager, where I led the organization's continuous improvement initiatives at a group level. This senior role involved developing and implementing frameworks, norms, and standards to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

I led the entire Manufacturing Division, a complex and dynamic role that encompassed a broad array of responsibilities and departments. My oversight included Production, Planning and Inventory Control, Dispatch, and Distribution. I ensured that all facets of the manufacturing process were running smoothly and efficiently. I was instrumental in setting up the documentation of SOPs and Procedures in the Operations and implemented a stringent planning process that resulted in improved stock management.

Provided leadership to the Manufacturing Division in a senior role, overseeing the comprehensive operations of the manufacturing plant from the receipt of raw materials to the distribution of finished products to different retail stores. This involved a thorough management approach to day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless flow of processes and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity of functional teams such as Production, Production Planning, Purchasing, Maintenance and Warehouse and Storage and Distribution.

Provided comprehensive leadership to the Production Department as a Senior Supervisor, working closely with eight production supervisors and overseeing a team of more than 300 indirect personnel. My role was pivotal in driving the success of the department in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, work safety, and food safety.

I led the biscuit production line, managing a team of over 500 personnel. I provided comprehensive leadership, ensuring strict adherence to sanitation standards. My key responsibilities included setting schedules, monitoring employee performance, overseeing manufacturing processes, solving technical issues, and training workers to maintain high productivity and quality. I was trained as an Internal Quality Auditor to support ISO 22000
requirements and in Problem Solving Techniques, which gave me the confidence to lead projects
and resolve operational issues.
