Electrical & Instrumentation Commissioning:

plant (Jimah East) and complex utilities package for Petronas RAPID refinery expansion, coordinating 150 personnel
across multiple work fronts.
• Technical Execution: Led installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (1200 MVA transformers,
11/33kV switchgear, distribution networks) and instrumentation systems, ensuring 100% compliance with plant control
and safety philosophy.
• Schedule Optimization: Implemented proactive schedule management and risk mitigation strategies, reducing critical
path delays by 8 weeks through coordinated work sequencing and early identification of long-lead items.
