Conducting internal and external meetings, production execution and troubleshoot before, during and after productions.

Well versed in planning, coordinating, managing and execution of production. Working closely with clients, suppliers, sponsors, talents, technical and production crew, brand marketing and creative services dept and leading the overall production team.

Responsible for station's programs branding, revenue, rating, reputation and recovery.

Liable for dept contribution and assigned production team's KPI and key goals.

Responsible for overall productions matters ie: pre-production, production, post-production, etc. Working closely with internal and external parties ie: clients, suppliers, talents, production services, post-houses, etc.

Note : Join in 1997 as Personal Assistant to the Chairman and due to my own interest in broadcasting I was seconded to the Productions Dept in 1999.

1994 to 1997 transferred to Operations Dept.

Assisting managing front Hotel/Resort reception. Supervising and monitoring the front reception staffs. Attending to guests, etc
