Detailed Description of Duties & Responsibilities
1. Teaching
• preparing lesson plan
• preparing lesson notes
• giving lecturers classroom
• giving lecture-demonstrations in the classroom/stimulated ward
• giving return-demonstrations in the stimulated ward
• giving tutorial class if necessary
• giving revision classes whenever assigned to
2. Assessment
• preparing questions for coursework, final examination, model answers for all the tests and examinations, OSCE for each semesters
• Conducting test for each semesters
• moderating questions for theory final examination
• invigilating the final examination and OSCE
• being an Examiner or a coordinator for the OSCE
• correcting students’ answer scripts for all the tests and examinations
3. Monitoring Students
• taking students’ class attendance
• filling the weekly class attendance form and absenteeism form
• writing student summative academic reports
• monitoring students’ academic performances and absenteeism in the classroom and clinical placement
• giving warning letters to students for absenteeism, low CGPA etc
• mentoring and counseling students
• looking after students’ affairs as coordinator
• contacting students’ parents whenever needs arise
• checking students’ log books every semester after each clinical posting
• liaising with other lecturers and Clinical Instructors regarding students’ performance in the classroom and clinical areas
• updating students’ profile and report
• liaising with A&R Dept. regarding students’ matters e.g. results test/exam, absenteeism etc whenever necessary
• keeping students’ record and report e.g. MC, letter of deferment, barred for examination etc
4. Curriculum Development
• being involve in SSG for the Nursing Curriculum
• involving in ISO for the preparation of lesson plan, documentation etc
• involving in the using and recording of ISO documented forms
• preparing the table of specification for subject code
• involving in the reviewing of curriculum from time to time
• editing the lesson notes from time to time
5. Skill Development
• attending seminar, workshop and conferences
• presenting Eco-training after attending any workshop, seminar, conference
• participating in college research committee presentation
• writing articles/journal, books for the college
• writing minute for the nursing dept meeting and other college committee
• maintaining the five core values of AMUC
• ensuring to achieve 30 credit point for annual application of APC
1. Managing 5 groups of nurses
• Private nurses
• Home visit nurses
• Support Program nurses
• Clinical Trial - Study Coordinators
• Senior nurses - Team Leaders
2. Assist in built good team work and retaining and recruiting nurses.
3. Coordinate, planning and delegating staff during internal and actual audit.
ROLE
• Introduce services provide by company
• Managing referrals; do assignment, communicate with client & company
• Monitor customer feedback internal & external
• Coordinating Clinical Trial
DUTIES
• Implement Referral System; maintain smooth workflow between hospital, ward, home nursing (staff), outside (client).
• Business Liaison; link between hospital, doctor & company.
• Client invoicing; assist company revenue & client plan their payment.
• Manage Clinical Trial according to GCP.
FIELD SERVICE QUALITY
• Monitor care giver and nurses performance
• Collect feedback from staff & client to improve service quality
• Involve in site coordinators for fields trials of drugs.

• Involve in monthly meeting; discuss
