To ensure that all Departments under supervision are successful and as independent profit center as possible, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with our guest house standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling all aspects related to the revenues and operating expenses.
Key responsibilities:
Managing and training the concierge, night auditor and team of receptionists
Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers
Dealing with customers, including handling complaints when they come to the desk
Troubleshooting emergencies
Assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient overall day-to-day operations of the Front Desk including Switchboard.
Oversee Bell and Door staff in the absence of the their department head. Provide excellent customer service per the standards of the hotel, and assist in situations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure department adherence to company policies, procedures and standards to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded.
Assist in providing staff with ongoing coaching, training and development.
Coordinate hotel emergency procedures within the scope of defined plans.
Prepare reports, handle special projects and assignments as required.
Responsible for answering all incoming calls of the organization.
Making Budget of the Company.
Printing the different types of books for different departments.
Making the report of outgoing pass (OGP).
Making the report of Guard petroleum System.
Maintained office Equipment and supply of general stationary and ordered repairs and servicing of machinery as required.
Order the Food for Directors and company Guest.
Arranging travel and hotel accommodation on a frequent basis
Ensure that all office equipment is in working order at all times
Ensure data is entered into the system
Maintain financial files and records
Maintain the leave management system
May supervise records management technicians and related staff.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

Taking Reservations.
Dealing guests via calls and face to face.
Greeting guests upon arrival and departure.
Attending promptly to customers' inquiries and rectifying their complaints.
24 hrs availability at respective office which also includes maintaining of official decorum.
Awareness of local tourist places and hotel places
