Initially supervised (as Infrastructure Inspector) infrastructure works-Wet Utilities- (sewer water including chambers & fire system- irrigation including chambers & lateral system -storm networks & storm force main line including valve chambers).
Duties include inspecting and supervising concrete and steel works of underground irrigation tank, box culvert and precast manholes etc.
Directly coordination with the contractors regarding project activities such as the construction, installation, maintenance, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and client’s requirements.
Ensuring that the subcontractors comply with standards and specifications of the contract documents.
Responsibly managing all site construction activities according to given schedule by Construction Manager. Review and monitoring project progress and completion in accordance with overall project plan.
Supervision of stacking, erection of precast elements (verticals panels and hollow core slabs)
In precast factory I am responsible for quality assurance of precast elements according to specifications and submitting of Inspection report and record keeping.
Supervision of all Landscaping works like Road Furniture, Curb Stone installation, Drainage, Pathways, Asphalt repairing, Planters, Swimming pole etc.
Checking the Structure works according to specification and Shop Drawings
Ordering materials and tools for all aspects of smooth project completion, ensuring adequate supply of materials at all times
