• Managing Electrical, Security Systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, VI, Physical Security, Intrusion, UVIS, Control Room, FM-200, UPS etc.) related complex projects from initiation to closing.
• Testing and conducting POC, FAT, leading and defining system architecture of project deliverables within the requirements of customer.
• Developing plan for the project Scope, Schedule, Quality, resource, budget (activity estimates, project estimate and cost baseline) etc., developing closely with Functional management, project engineers and QA teams.
• Preparing reports & monitoring performance of projects to ensure visibility of overall delivery record & status of work program.
• Communicating with internal teams for getting approvals on design and change control board for change order and exceptions if any.
• Ensuring the project utilization of resources are in the scope limit.
• Ensuring projects are conducted in compliance with applicable government and regulatory procedures (Plan are made based as per EEF (Enterprise Environmental Factors) & OPA (Organizational Process Assets).
• Publishing and maintaining high quality documentation for technology area covering detailed design, deployment architecture, As-built, configuration details, support procedures, technical operations guides, etc.
• Liaising with Functional Managers, other departments of SecureTech and managing one or more large & external partners or subcontractors.
• Developing credibility, establishing reports and maintaining communication with Stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ensuring that 100% project deliverables are reviewed, tested and all functional & non-functional requirements are met.
• Accountable for ensuring that an effective and focused work rate is maintained.
• Accountable for installing and updating application version, firmware etc.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshooting all security system related equipment.
• Assist to create AutoCAD Shop drawing for Security Systems and Electrical systems.
• Train subordinates, supported new product deliverables and optimize the current products.
• Deft in handling UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) any critical infrastructure designs.
• Managed & developed Electrical Systems (Electrification of High-rise building, Estimation, Shop drawing and Load Schedule).
• Proficient to calculate the rating of UPS Battery backup as per Customers requirement.
• Deft in to conduct test and commission the UPS and Battery Packs.
• Sufficient knowledge in MEP, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
