* Export shipment documents preparation.
* Clearing agent coordination for import shipment.
* Preparing cost analysis.
* Advance customs duty calculation and requesting cheque from finance to concerned agent.
* PAI, EPA, MOC, MOI, KFD approval process and follow up to agent.
* Store coordination for all import and export shipment.
* Courier Account handling (DHL, Fedex, TNT).
* Petty cash handling.

• International purchase for food products (Dates, Dry fruits, Olive oil etc.)

• International purchase for nonfood consumable products (Plastic and microwave container, Plastic cups pet and pp, Paper Cups, Aluminium foil and containers, Cling film, Gloves etc.)

• Finding supplier and communication.

• Product specification and price comparison as per local market.

• Negotiate price and discount with supplier to get more profit.

• Preparing estimated landing cost to find margin.

• Shipping documents checking and approving.

• Ex work, Fob term shipment arranging shipping from local forwarder.

• Samples requesting and make arrangement for pick up.

•Assisting category buyers.
•Complete process of purchases for the assigned region (Create Purchase order & Purchase request)
•Coordinate with logistic department for documentation & shipment clearing.
•Coordinate with warehouse for all Inbound.
•Sorting of issues on imported items (Discrepancies, Shortage, Excess)
•Updating purchase according to the actual receiving.
•Prepare packing list for warehouse inventory.
