• Coordinated the technical and financial aspects of the ICT/ELV projects throughout the entire project life cycle.
• The activities involved design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of the proposed ICT/ELV systems.

• Designed, installed, tested and configured various CCTV, Access Control and structured cabling systems.
• Determined project specification and prepare bill of quantities that will meet the exact requirements at the best.
• Programmed and rectified various PLCs and SCADA applications as part of training the industrial automation course.
• Prepared various documents including applications and manuals of operation, material submittals.
• Provided technical support for various systems and solutions implemented.
• Coordinated the project related activities from the initiation stage till the hand over, involving in the technical and financial aspects.
• Managed a project team of Junior Engineers and Technicians for ELV projects. Organized meeting between team members, and with clients to make sure the project requirements are considered and met throughout the cycle.
• Reviewed the proposed design to ensure multidiscipline engineering and design efforts were completed in accordance with project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Scheduled and delivered demonstrations and technical presentations to improvise and develop the business.

• Managed a seamless flow of communication with everyone related ensuring that every aspect is updated and made sure that any inevitable changes are met with less impact.
