Under the guidance of the Livelihoods Manager, Develop understanding of organizational and program’s operational model, stakeholders’ roles and responsibilities, internal and external workflows and information systems, designing and implementation of Information, Monitoring and Evaluation Systems for the program, developing an information collection and management strategy and plan, developing a monitoring & evaluation strategy and plan, developing monitoring and evaluation tools and processes, manage M&E team in implementation of M&E programs in the field and support the overall the M&E team. Ensure that M&E systems gather the right information, deduce useful insights and knowledge related to key outcomes, and make recommendations for action based on these insights. Ensure that all monitoring and evaluation reports and documentation are generated and submitted according to specified standards and requirements.
To encourage and stimulate community members to organize for action aimed at solving their problems regarding fuel efficiency and to plan, implement and monitor action that they define themselves. To encourage and stimulate full participation and delivering Trainings on fuel efficiency with special attention to those who are usually forgotten. To assist the community in obtaining information and knowledge that may be available through governmental and non-governmental agencies, through extension and outreach programmes.
Prepare reports on M&E findings, as required, working closely with Finance Manager, technical staff and other partners; Undertake regular visits to the field to support implementation of M&E and to identify where adaptations might be needed; Guide the regular sharing of the outputs of M&E findings with project staff, partner organizations and primary stakeholders. In collaboration with the Finance Officer assess the budget expenditure against work plan and contribute to analysis as to causes behind the differences between planned and actual achievements; plus communicate relevant project managers and Head of Programme with necessary management information; Check regularly that monitoring data are discussed and mainstreamed in programme and project implementation. If necessary, create such discussion forums to fill any gaps. Participate in external missions and facilitate mission team member’s access to M&E data and to stakeholders.
Preparation of Accounting Record (Cash Book, General Ledger, Contractor Ledger, Consultant Ledger). Maintenance of Accounting Record. Processing of Payment. Preparation of Payment Vouchers. Ensure proper record keeping of all relevant documents. Handling mega projects of the entity valuing in billion of rupees with a supervisory role. To supervise contractors/Consultant claims against Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and invoices. Supervise to ensure maintenance of contractors’ ledgers that the payment to the contractors is properly recorded there. Maintaining entity’s accounts, reconciliation of accounts including preparation of accounts. Follow up of accounts receivable and accounts payable interacting with contractors and other offices. Processing of invoices. Improve data processing & cycle ensuring quality data for the organization identifying problems & issues with recommendations to resolve issues and ensure continuous implementation and maintaining financial records Reconciliation.
Implementation of Health and Education Projects and Programs of the organization in the tribal belt. Social Mobilization at the grass root level through advocacy and capacity building programs.
Networking with related line departments, government agencies and other civil society organizations, Supervision and guidance of other team members viz a viz their TORs and work plans. Organization and management of capacity building programs for local communities on health issues with the help of local hospitals through demonstration.
