1) Responsible for the designing of MV & LV system including Switchgear, Power & Control Cable, DC System, Grounding & Lightning protection system etc.

14) Experience on the installation & termination of MV & LV cable including armored & un armored up to 630mm2 LV & 185mm2 MV.
15) Hands on experience on the designing of SCADA system including the consideration of I/Os, DI, DO, AI, AO & soft signals either with Modbus RTU or Rs 485 communication.
16) Hands on experience on the selection and installation of Pressure Transmitter, Laser level transmitter with CMF 160 Control Master, Pressure Switches BETA, level switches with double channel controller VEGATOR 132.
17) Design & installation of low voltage system including Fire Alarm, Telephone, Building & site lighting system, Grounding & Lightning protection system etc.
18) Leading the team of 16 persons including 3 Foreman & 13 Electricians.

1) Managing and leading shift operations for Corrective maintenance & shift operations for timely resolution of LT side Network Complaints.
2) Ensuring minimal consumer downtime and ultimately leading towards improvement in key KPIs of SAIFI, SAIDI & DL.
3) Carried out balancing of load on LV circuits of Transformers and Substations to avoid of faults and unnecessary tripping.
4) Arrange shutdowns for the maintenance of 11 kV and 0.4 kV network for better performance and reliability of system.
5) Responsible to analyze live time parameters from Qlick View of distribution transformer & feeder to prepare a comprehensive report on AT&C losses.
6) Performing the calculations for the distribution transformer defined accordingly in IEC 60076-5 & IEC 60076-7.
7) Perform power factor calculations as per consumer consumption and dispatch notices to them in order to save them from PF penalty.

12) Created and monitored Annual Maintenance Budget (OPEX & CAPEX) & optimize it as per Plan approved.
13) Determine the needs of components by review any changes that impact material or supplier, to adjust stocks accordingly with mutual coordination of purchase department.
14) Ensure that Department operates in accordance with all the applicable health, safety and environmental protocols leading towards safety and well-being of staff & public.

1. Installation and Commissioning of inverters. i.e (Puma, Delta, Yaskawa, Denfoss, Ls, etc ) .
2. Commissioning & Installation of Electrical Power distribution panels up to the Load range of 400kw. Installed Terasaki, Schneider, Togami, ABB, Hager Single pole, Double pole MCB, ELCB, MCCB up to the range of maximum 600 A.
3. Maintenance of Induction Machines specially120Hp, 90Hp, 75Hp, 70Hp, 60Hp, 30Hp, 15Hp, 10Hp and lower ranges. Have done Insulation tests & perform winding balance tests as well in faulty condition.
4. Hands on Experience of designing and installation of Star-Delta, Rev/Fwd & DOL starter circuits.
5. Able to inspect & Calibrate automation control component and process control Components, like Omron & Autonics temperature controllers, Timer & Counter etc
6. Reading the SLDs of Electrical Power Systems.
7. Troubleshooting and repairing Electronic cards of OMRON, AUTONICS & CHINA Counter, Timer and Temperature controllers, Inverters, Machine design Controlling cards, HMI Power supply card, Power Analyzer power supply cards and small constant 5 volts dc output supply cards etc
8. Well equipped with the knowledge of understanding mechanical systems of machines and making logics accordingly.
9. Created technical documents i.e making of BOQs, Material Purchase requisition, Material issuance requests, electrical As built drawings, spreadsheets etc
In my short period of training during my University vacations i did work in Karachi Shipyard & Engineering works, where my focus on basically at maintenence department in which i deal with Induction Motors, Alternators, and mostly Cranes
In this short period of training i deal with Switch gears, circuit breakers, realys and instruments.
In this period i also gain knowledge about Machines maintenence and its construction.
I work on 60Hz system, which is not common in Pakistan
