while working in this firm my job is to prepare engineering plans, follows specifications, design and project cost estimation, guiding and training labor, ensure the quality of material amd financial managment of the project etc.
During my degree, One of my projects was on plastic roads. During my research i found that plastic road was firstly made in India. The plastic roads are more durable, efficient ,long lasting, non renewable, temperature resistant. Firstly plastic (polythene,polyethylene,polystyrene) is gone through shreder machine than mix with hot bitumen or asphalt and laid on surface coarse.
