Key Responsibility;
• Create policies and procedures for all warehouses operations.
• Handling eleven warehouses in different locations ensuring that entire warehouses and logistics activities are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels.
• Designing and implementing efficient warehouse layouts, optimizing space utilization.
• Creating the inventory reports, stock levels, stock movements, turnover rates, damages and expired stock, overall warehouses performance.
• Collaborating with local suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and availability of product.
• Coordinating with logistics partners to plan and execute inbound and outbound external shipments.
• Coordinating with sales team to ensure smooth inbound and outbound for their shipments.
• leading the warehouses staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Improve the warehouses operations and implementing strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure accuracy, integrity, and condition of products.
• Conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Making Decisions and Solving Problems, analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution.
• Fleet management and handling the courier Co .

Key Responsibility;
• Responsible for managing complete warehouse activity for the daily operations.
• Responsible for distribute the daily tasks among the warehouse staff.
• Responsible for Implement the project of WMS.
• Responsible for arrange and plan to receive the import shipments and ensure that the number of cartons are matched with the supplier packing list.
• Ensure that the goods are storage as per the SOP.
• Ensure that all the daily requesting transfers are sending properly to the stores immediately and as per the SOP of the picking activity.
• Ensure that the stores returns are receiving as per the SOP and storages properly.
 
• Manage the damage returned goods by taking immediate action against it then insure to move it from WH stock to the damage location to be ready for adjustment as per SOP.
• Responsible for coordinate with sales department to put a plan for dispatch to the stores.
• Responsible for general review of the warehouse stock to ensure from the warehouse stock accuracy.
• Responsible for prepare the warehouse reports and keep it always updating.
• Responsible for manage everything related to the warehouse trucks and drivers.
• Responsible for everything related to HR and administration in the warehouse and coordinating with HR and administration departments in head office.
• Responsible for the entire warehouse and the equipment’s maintenance.
• Ensure that the warehouse is always clean and organized.

Key Responsibility;

• Responsible for receive the sold invoices from the sales department and distribute it to the picker team.
• Ensure that the invoices has been picked without any discrepancy and without delay.
• Ensure that all the goods transaction through first-in first-out strategy (FIFO).
• Responsible for manage and arrange the dispatch to the distributors.
• Responsible for manage and arrange the export goods.
• Responsible for monitor and manage the expire and near expire goods.
• Responsible for manage and arrange the goods which need to rework.
• Responsible for general review of the warehouse stock to ensure from the warehouse stock accuracy.
• Responsible for enforcing health and safety standards and reporting potential hazards.
• Responsible for the entire warehouse and the equipment’s maintenance.
• Ensure that the warehouse is always clean and organized.

Key Responsibility;

Key Responsibility;
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate to receive the goods from the import shipments and the local suppliers.
• Manage and coordinate all pre-retailing activities like bar-coding, sorting, stacking, hungering, security tagging, etc.
• Prepare the SED report (shortage - excess - damage report) and send it to the related departments.
• Ensure that the put-away activity is as per the SOP.
• Monitor and follow up the lead-time of the requested goods to ensure to send the goods to the stores on time.
• Coordinate loading, dispatching and delivery of stock from warehouse to the stores.
• Maintain accuracy of inbound/outbound documentation (delivery invoices, GRN, stock transfers, purchase return, goods invoices.
• Coordinate stock take activates and maintain stock report of goods in warehouses.
• Management the warehouse petty cash and ensure that the money are moving as per the company SOP and after get the required approval.
• Management the company trucks and ensure that all the trucks reports are updated such as (license renewal report, maintenance report, kilometers report, fuel report, expenses report, daily dispatch plan for the store delivery and home delivery).
• Handling all the administration issue such as (security, employee transportation, arrange the casual labor, warehouse cleaning, warehouse scrap, health & safety regulations following).

* Receiving the row material from the suppliers with packing list.

* Be insure that all checking material and Quality assurance done.  

* Be insure that all segregation of materials as per the SOP.

* Coordinate with the planning team to insure that all urgent required material on scope  

* Coordinate with the operation team to prepare all Spare parts requirements

*Be insure that all picking team are working with best performance to achieve all the production lines requirement.

*Review all the productivity plan and ensure that all operators are achieving the target.

*Review the stock on hand.

*Review all documentation resources and be ensure all documents under control.
