• Participate in determining the needs of human cadres, in coordination with the other departments.
• Search for qualified candidates using different recruitment resources.
• Conduct Phone screening with the candidates to make sure they have the needed qualifications.
• Conduct interviews for various positions and grades.
• Job offer the candidates who have been selected according
to the salary and benefits scales.
• Inquire about the new employees with the concerned parties.
• Prepare the hiring decrees for the selected candidates and
send the official documents to the higher management for
approval.
• Complete all the recruitment and onboarding procedures and
inform the concerned departments to do the needed from
their side.
• Enter the data of the new employees on the HRMS.
• Inquire about the previous experiences of the new employees
with their last employers.
• Conduct Exit interviews for resigned employees
• Represent the talent acquisition team in the orientation sessions
for the new joiners.
• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing relocations and intern program.
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Handle the recruitment for the Jordan local team and video screening through Evalufy (Video assessment platform)
• Handle Bayt.com ATS.
• Work on Bayt.com built-in onboarding system.
• Handle the Tests product.
• Participate in the job fairs.
• Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
• Compile verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete data and records.
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated
locations and perform backup operations
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant data.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
